System Controls
Airleader Master Control, with more than 6,000 installations, is a well-established compressor management system. The web-based system provides worldwide access to all compressor data, cost information and charts. The AIRLEADER Master Control System is unique because it is the only consumption based and self-learning control in its price class. The transparent web-based monitoring has been developed over the last 20 years in connection with our customers. It provides the information that matters to understand and run a compressed air system most efficiently.
Airleader's open system architecture allows our clients to take any data in real time from Airleader via OPC-server into any other plant monitoring system.

Control Transparency
Unlike traditional control systems, crucial efficiency related parameters are visually displayed. This provides a transparent log of compressor station behavior and its ongoing efficiency.
Intelligent "Self-Learning" Control
The AIRLEADER is designed to continuously balance demand and supply, enabling the most efficient compressor combination to work at all times. A permanent consumption calculation ensures efficient operation of interconnected compressors at all times.
Worldwide Access
Complete data access is available at any time and from any place via the internet using a graphic display format or via a tabular report. History can also be retrieved including consumption, pressure, and compressor status (load, idle operation, failure, standby, off, free air delivery of speed controlled compressors).
Consumption Display
Display of true compressed air costs/day; load costs, idling costs; absolute cost transparency.
Maintenance Reminder Function
System automatically issues service interval alerts.
Multi-Functionality
Connection of various peripheral equipment (e.g. temperature sensors, flow control unit, flow meter, pressure dew point, plant pressure profile, operating state of dryers, airless drains, filters, etc.)
