Refund Policy

We offer a thirty day (30) day money back guarantee on products that do not perform or are not as described in the online description on our website. To get a refund you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization from Peerless Energy Systems' customer service department at (402) 345-8311. New equipment and equipment with warranties are handled by the individual manufacturers' standard warranty policies, copies of which can be obtained by calling Peerless Energy Systems Customer Service at (402) 345-8311. Used equipment is typically sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. In the event a used piece of equipment does come with a warranty, Peerless Energy Systems' warranty administrator must be called and repair and/or return options discussed.

Shipping Policy

Your product will ship out as soon as possible. Most of the compressors and/or equipment can ship out in one to three business days; however some might require seven to ten business days. 

Most equipment will ship out on a common LTL carrier; however larger pieces requiring drop decks or flatbed service will go on a specialized carrier. All equipment "ship to" addresses must be capable of safely handling and unloading the specific piece of equipment, as the carrier will not typically have any means of unloading the equipment from the back of the truck and is not responsible for this action. 

Most new compressors on our website have freight pre-paid and included in the price to the first point in the destination. Used equipment and some new equipment are quoted FOB ship point and we offer a freight configurator for your convenience. You may opt to have your own freight carrier pick these items up and not use our freight prices. All items sold on the website will have shipping and handling charge 1 percent of the total sell price, not to exceed seventy-five dollars.
